I've seen the question posed with earlier versions of Outlook. Has MS
addressed the sorely needed convenience of being able quickly insert the
"business card" contact info into the body of an email?  I refer people on a
daily basis and it's such a pain to cut and paste one item ...

I had lost 3/4 of my contacts, but not all of them.  When I went back in and
manually put them back, it wouldn't let me get the email addresses back on
their address cards, but they are still in my address book.

I would like to export my contacts to CSV in order to upload them to Gmail.
My contacts are in hebrew, so both DOS CSV and Windows CSV come out as
question marks. Is there a way to export these Hebrew contacts correctly to
CSV?

I was wondering if there was a way to easily 'import' addresses from my sent items into my Contacts folder/Address Book.  I am using Outlook 2007 and do not have an Exchange Server, just POP mail.  I inherited the computer from a previous employee and there are a lot of contacts ...

I use outlook 2003 in work, we use a Small Buisness Server and I use Outlook web access(OWA) when away from work. How do i get my contact list on the OWA to list the same as my work outlook contacts, I dont want an export-inport job, i need the link to be live if you get me.

Today Plaxo have advised that they are ceasing Outlook sync for their free
version in 3 days (ultimatum of paying US$47.95 per year or forget it).
Although Plaxo has improved over the years, and no longer seems to corrupt
and/or destroy our address book on such a regular basis as ...

i would like to make sure that none of my information is still in the outlook
archives /.. I am selling my old laptop and need to make sure it is clean..

I am using Office 2007. My distribution list displays the email address under
the name column. How can I get the name of the contact to display in the name
column??

My Windows XP was malfunction. Doing restart's and never going to the logon
screen.
Then I put a new hard drive and install the XP PRO and Office 2003. The old
hard drive is now like a slave.(I can see all the information)

I have created a distribution list for my out look class and i would like to

In Outlook 2007, all I want to do is to select and copy a contact's mailing
address to paste in another program like MS Word 2007 or in an e-mail.  
My addresses are displayed in business cards.

When I first installed OUTLOOK 2007 it recognized and found my .pst files
automatically with no configuration which are (pst files) on my ext hdd. But,
when I reformatted my HDD Outlook 2007 DID NOT recognized nor installed them
