I created new fields in several non-user-field columns (such as Contact
fields).  But now I can't delete them and I have too many with the same name
that don't work.  The "delete" button for fields in the Field Chooser is only

I have about 70 email addresses (non-profit assoc. members) in an Access
database that, if needed, I can convert to an Excel spreadsheet.  
What I want to do is generate a distribution list in Outlook without having
to start from scratch and select each name in the Address Book.  ...

I have a list of our volunteers which keeps being updated on a daily/weekly
basis.
I would like to set it up so that when I make a change (add or remove
contact) automatically it updates my outlook distribution list.

I've always used Outlook express and could separate contacts into different
folders making it easier to find different contacts, ie personal, business,
friends, etc,  but now that I have changed to windows 7 and I am using
outlook 2007 and for the life of me I cant figure out how ...

I am trying to see if I can use the automatic dialing feature on Outlook 2007
with a voice over IP line versus a regular phone line.  Does anyone know how
to do that? thank you!

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2007 to sync with my Blackberry Curve 8520
and I syncronized all the data to my computer sucessfully, Now I open my
address book in MSOutlook, and it's all neat, I go to edit a contacts
phone number field and change it from Work to Mobile and it changes ...
