I would like to create a rule to move faxes from
my inbox to a public folder, but not a only-client rule, a server rule,
because I dont have to open the outlook.

I would like to create a rule to move faxes forwarded to
my inbox to a public folder.  The rule does not seem to
recognize when new mail arrives although it does work on
existing mail if run manually

We are attempting to configure fax facilities for clients running
Outlook 2002 configured to use Exchange 5.5 for mail. The server
running Exchange has an ISDN card which is used to dial up for mail

My mother's Windows XP computer has a fax machine attached to it.  Whenever
an incoming call is received, a small yellow pop-up balloon indicates the
telephone number of the caller right above the system tray area.  There is

1.) Have Word mail merge document and Excel spreadsheet.
2.) The mail merge document is  a standard letter with about 5 or 6 merge
