I would like to create a rule to move faxes from my inbox to a public folder, but not a only-client rule, a server rule, because I dont have to open the outlook. Sorry for my english, and thanks.

I would like to create a rule to move faxes forwarded to my inbox to a public folder. The rule does not seem to recognize when new mail arrives although it does work on existing mail if run manually
