Cannot manage to get the electronic fax to come up when loading windows

I am using the merge feature of Office 97 to faxout large numbers of
personalised (merged) faxes. It uses the fax system of Windows XP home

If you attach a document to an outlook message and then
send it via fax from outlook, the received fax is shrunk.
It is about 1/4 of the size that it should be.
The fax printer resolution is set to 300dpi, the paper

I have deleted one of my email folders (which had quite a
few emails in it) by accident.  Can I reinstate them some
how? If not, what program do I need to read the .dbx files
so I can at least access them?  Help please!!!

we have set a share FAX on the server SBS to recieve and
sent faxes through XP fax client.

I know nothing about fax servers, but have to look for one to work for about
25 - 30 users on WinNT4.0 server machine. The clients are all using MS
Outlook and want to be able to to send out their mail documents as faxes.
What would be my best (most common) option or maybe two ...

When I try to print faxes, looks like the fax/ Image viewer tries to
render and enumerate all images in the folder.

I can no longer get a fax preview with the XP Pro fax service.  I can
view the fax after I send it (sent items in fax console) but I cannot
preview before I send it anymore.  Any ideas?

In Outlook 2002 I can type [FAX:12013561876] in the TO
field and it changes to 12013561876 (underlined) and the
email sends through my fax server fine.  But, when using
Access to fill in the TO field with [FAX:12013561876] the

When I try to merge mail I select, choose contacts folders.
"I get a message "Either there is no default client or the current mail
client can't fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and
set it as default mail client."

I am trying to allow my users to send faxes from their
pc's through a shared fax on my server.  My server is
using Small Business Server 2000.  From my server I can:  
Send a fax from Word, Send a fax using the SendFax

I cannot delete addresses that I have added to my address
book which is part of my hp-d135 all-in-one printer
(director) software.
There is no shown delete method.  Anybody have any ideas.
