Hello. I am using Microsoft fax console. I am confused about receiving faxes. It seems that a line sharing regular phone service creates a problem as the fax answers any ring when it might be a person calling Any way around this? Thanks.

Is there a way to send a fax without creating a "business fax" contact, and just typing the fax's phone number in the "To:" box on Outlook 2000/2002 with Windows 2000/XP? Thanks.

I am having a hard time deciding between GFI FaxMaker for Exchange and Rightfax for a new installation. It will be Exchange 2003, 15-50 users on Windows XP desktops or terminal services, Brooktrout TR1034-P4H-T1 fax board.
