so far I use WinFax Pro 10.02 to send/receive faxes via ISDN.
Recently, I installed a small home LAN which connects through a router
to the Internet using a permanent DSL connection.
Does anybody know a software running on Windows XP Pro (standalone

When I receive a fax it is saved to my desktop.  The
program it opens with is a kodak picture program instead
of the picture/fax viewer.  can anyone tell me how to set
the fax viewer as the default instead of the kodak

I am using Outlook 2003, Windows XP Home Fax Console..
I print a Word 2003 file to the fax...the fax wizard comes up.
I select "Multiple Recipients" in the Fax Wizard.  I put in roughly 30
address (fax only).  they show up, I finish and then when I go to the

Has anyone run into the problem when creaing an email message and
inserting an email address from the contacts folder, if the contact
(Jane Does) has a business fax filled in, the message inserts a
business fax instead of the email address.

I'm trying to send faxes from my IBM ThinkPad T-42 (winxp) to an
address overseas (requiring a 14 digits phone number).
The fax application dials the number, reports sending the fax, but
