I am looking for the step by step procedure to allow my outlook to make phone
calls and send faxes. i've realised it is not as simple as plugginf the phone
wire into the modem. Where can i find the instructions?

I send a lot of faxes to one number.  I'd like to be able to make this
process as quick as possible.  I have Outlook 2000 and XP Pro
installed.  The Send Fax Wizard I use now requires several steps that
are getting tedious.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

I'm try adjust the fax methods programmatically.  For example I would like
to have faxes route via email during certain hours of the day and have them

nice but now each entry in my address book is duplicated; one showing an
