Hi, I've a problem with my Windows Fax. It's installed on a Windows 2003 Server with Exchange. I've setting my Fax to route incoming faxes to a mailbox using my Smt and works without problem.

I am using Outlook 2000 and for some reason I lost Symantec Fax starter that Outlook using for sending faxes. I reinstated it using the wizard. Should the Fax Started be listed under my printer and faxes dialog box. How do I get it there.

I am trying to send out faxes originated in a word document (.doc), and I am using the the fax driver that comes with the Microsoft XP package (home edition). I have set up the driver and I am attempting to send the fax using my cable modem connection yet I get a "no dial tone" ...

My Friend has the following problem with Outlook 2000. He is using special fax software and to send fax properly through it, he needs to enter the following string in the "TO" field: (/fax=123456789@fax.cbr.ru), BUT Outlook immediately reformats it as:

Whenever I send out a fax created in word - to a number of customers, every other fax fails and I get the error message: "This number cannot be dialed at present". Any ideas why?

Since my husband and I both access our email from different computers, we go to the internet (instead of Outlook) to read messages. That way they aren't downloaded to one of our computers where the other person can't have easy access to them.
