I am using the windows XP fax console with outlook 2000. I would like to be able to send multiple documents in one fax transmission, at a specified time - I can send multiple documents by attaching them in outlook and then sending, but I cannot seem to specify the time.

I am running Winfax and have a folder in Outlook 2002/SP3 called Winfax Fax logs, which shows the faxes titles but I cannot preview them. I get the message "Can't open the item as the service provider doesn't support the operation"

xp pro, outlook 2k3 using sbs2k3 server side and integrated fax services - when client opens a fax attachment receives an error that outlook could not open the file, if saving to disk outlook reports that it cannot create the file and to check

There's a really useful document in the Microsoft knowledge library(?) about which fax program goes with which version of windows or office. Of course now that I need it I can't find it. Can anyone help? Peter

I'v installed SBS2003 Premium and have installed the fax services. I can print to the fax at the server and from client machines without problem. However I cannot fax from outlook or outlook web access using the fax:tel number format.

when receiving faxes could the be converted and saved as PDF with Adobe or?. I need to be able to forward them by email so they can be viewed and printed by another office. as long as they can view and print no reason to really convert.

I am using (for the first time) MS Fax Console 5.1 for XP. Received a multi-page fax OK, but only able to view the first page - no matter which program I use to view it. Yet able to print out all 16 pages.
