Fax console doesn't work anymore now that I switched from dial - up to Qwest
High speed.
Message I get is - No dial tone the phone line is in use or not connected.  
Appreciate any help.  I really like to be able to fax word docs directly

I have just installed Office 2007 and the only option it gives me for
sending a fax is by using an Internet FAX service.  Is there away to
send a FAX from the Windoze FAX console using Office 2007?  HELP!!!

I have user that cannot send faxes from his Outlook 2003.
I checked with the vendor and they say it's an encoding problem (TNEF):
