When I installed WinXP on my PC, I also installed Windows messenger.
Later I wanted to use the new user interface in MSN messenger, so I
installed that.
I have a problem with Outlook 2003. When windows messenger is signed in, it

While trying to use backspace in the "To: field" in New
mail, I get the Runtime error '4605': and the message: The
command is not available. Shift + Backspace does the job,
but I would like to solve the problem if anyone can help.

After "upgrading" Outlook 2000 SP-1 to Outlook 2002, I
can't create a Word letter from within Outlook. I also can't send a
file to a recipient from within Word (basically, the two apps no
longer "see" each other).

Anyone know if Personal Folders in Outlook, at the highest
level (not sub-folders) are able to display in bold the
number of unread messages in the folder? Or is it only sub-
folders that can go bold? This is Outlook 2000. Thanks.
