I'm currently attempting to attach to the BCM database

This question has two parts regarding generating 'NEW
LETTER TO CONTACT' from the contact list.
#1 Is there a method of adding additional fields from
Outlook contacts into the standard letter format? I am

My import/export feature is greyed out. I am using Outlook
2003 with all the upgrades and service packs. I have re-
installed at least 5 times! I have used other copies to
make sure it was not my copy. Still no import/export

I am having a problem with opening up .jpg files in
outlook 2002.  I have removed all the other files types
from level 1 and I get the option to save or open file but
with .jpg I do not.  I am only able to save to disk.  We

When I have a contact that has both an email address and a
fax number, that contact appears twice in my address book.
It's not a big deal if I open the address book, because

When my email arrives, a pop saying enter network password
displays.  I have to keep clickin until all my mail is
received.  Is there a way to disable this?  Please advise.

I am getting messages after messages. They stem from my
yahoo mail and they are worms. I clicked spam in yahoo and
