My Inbox & the Sent Items folders are not opening.
Outlook Exprees keeps creating new folders as inbox(1).dbx
and I can't get to the original inbox, and the same with
the sent items..

I have outlook 2003, and all my mail is backed up as .pst
files. I now have to migrate all my mail to Macintosh
Mail.app.
Does anyone know the least painful way to do this?

I have installed the latest outlook/Notes connector and
it is workly quite well. However every time I restart
outlook it totally downloads every item in my calendar,
