I am totally confused here. My custumer is sending lots of mails with Outlook 2003 behind Exchange 2003. A few of theire recipients cannot recieve attachements thus they get the mail. It is pretty difficult to explain but I found this.

In MS Outlook 2000, when viewing an email message, the toolbar and reply buttons sometimes go away (seemingly randomly). Normally I can close the message and reopen it and the toolbar and buttons are restored. Sometimes the toolbar and buttons disappear before my eyes.
