In outlook, XP and 2003, when you start a new message, in the To section, you type a letter and it pops up a cached list of addresses that match the letters as you type. How do you clear this list of past addresses that you have used?

I've created the rule in Outlook 2003 (MS Exchange Server 2003) to move a copy of the message with specified subject line to specified public folder. It works perfectly with the open Outlook. I need it working with closed Outlook.
