How can I add Shared Address book into the 'Contacts' button (under the Inbox Tree) When Shared Address is accessed using the AddressBook ICON we only see a BASIC list (Exchange 2003 + Outlook 2003)

Using Outlook 2003 with the Lotus notes connector. There used to be a message in the bottom left indicating which folder it was synchronizing and how far it had progressed, but for some reason this message is gone now.
