Is there a way to programmatically copy and paste or drag and drop and
Outlook message into a Word doc?  Any code snippets would be

I'm trying to delete a few (well about 1000) contact items from my
default contacts folder.
I do it with something like that in VB.NET:

a user I support has this problem on XP Pro, Outlook 2003.  "Send To" a "Mail
Recipient"  opens a new mail msg, with subject line & doc attached, & after
addressing to whom to send it to, clicking "Send" does nothing, th enew msg
just sits static, with Outlook open.  From Outlook ...

When I set an appointment as "Busy" it does not show a blue bar next to it.  
If I set it as Free or Tentative it shows the correct bar next to the event.
What to do?

Speaking of interoperability, is there any good way to save e-mails (Inbox,
Sent Items, perhaps even drafts) with other Office documents, such as Word,
Excel, etc which will preserve some or all the functionality of OL?  I am
looking for a way to take all the e-mail I have ...
