How do you correct the problem of losing the left margin.  
When printing received e-mails, I lose the first letter or
two...
Any suggestions?

whenever I print an outlook express email, the printer
works with a negative left margin.  I always loose the
first one or two letters of every line.  I have found no
way to do "page setup" or the equivalent.  All I want to

When I print a draft message from Outlook 2002 (Win XP)
there are no headings.  Outlook 2000 did print headings
when printing a draft message.  I've searched the

I have a problem in printing emails.  In the body of the
text, the first letter in each line is missing.  All the
header information prints fine.  Any ideas?

I am trying to print my outlook calendar to a file so I
can email it to a co-worker.  We are not networked so we
do not share calendars.
I have saved it to a file in the print dialog box.  It

When printing the emails we are having problem with some of the emails where the email address does not get printed even though it is displayed on when viewing the emails.
For example: when view the email you see
   John Citizen [john@test.com]
but when printing you get
