I used to be able to print attachments by right-clicking, choosing print. Now I have to double left-click, and actually have to open the attachment (*.doc, *.xls, etc.) to print. Anyone have any ideas?

Every time I print an email from Outlook, above the header information (above the From,Sent, To, Subject field areas), it prints out a "full path line" instead of the "user's name" of the mailbox. I have never seen this

Is there any option in Outlook (2000 or XP) where you can simply print ONE single page of a multi-page email. This seems like a very simple, but ridiculous omission on Microsoft's behalf.
