I have an issue that occurs where HTML emails will not
print in Outlook 2003. If the reading pane is enabled,
then the messages will print. This problem is
intermittant.

I'm experiencing a problem with Outlook 2000 sp3 with
printing HTML e-mails that have imbedded pictures in
them. Every time I try to print one of these e-mail

I am using Outlook 2003 and I need the attachment file
name to print in the header when printing a message.
Before I was using Outlook Express and it would print

The message header views and prints in normal mode.  The
body of the text views normally,  but prints in a larger
format.   I have tried removing the printer and
reinstalling the printer.  The same result occurs.
