Running Outlook 2003 on XP Pro and Exchange 2003.  I have
a user that can print Plain Text msg's all day long but
when she tries to print an HTML msg her print options
aren't available.

I am trying to print the first sheet of a plain text email.  HTML emails
allow me to select which sheets to print.  Plain text messages only give me
the option of even or odd.  All I want to print is the first sheet.

print the header information, that is, To: cc: etc.  
Unfortunately, he has no idea how this happened and I can

"grey'ed out" when they choose memo style... so they can't
