After a new upgrade on window 2000 I have a problem when I print the emails. The character changes and gets bigger. I checked in the option but the character changes on the screen but not on the printed page.

I have a strange behaviour with my Outlook 2002 SP3. When I print a plain text message there is no problem, while if I try to print a HTML format message I will have only the header printed.

I was fixing the problem of too large font size, discussed elsewhere herein. I fixed that, but now both the OE Print icon and the Print selection on the file menu are "grayed-out." Help, I can't print my e-mail
