We are using O2K with W2K SP4 on a SBS2K3 network. When one of my users try
to print on the default printer (HP5si, a network printer used by the rest
of our office) she gets a lot of pages that have 1 letter on them. When
she tries any other printer, it freezes on her. No other ...

Outlook 2002 sp2, 2K sp4. Outlook uses Word as it's editor. I have a user
who would like to print emails with a reference to the attachment. She wants
the attachment icon and description included in the printout.
I've looked around and haven't found a solution. I suspect ...

In Outlook 2000 there was a way to print a directory listing and format the
same way one views a directory listing in Windows Explorer (see Microsoft's
webpage with instructions at: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=282257). I
thought--finally--MS has included a (much needed) ...
