I have an application that sends HTML emails to people. It's basically a form
made up from an HTML table.
It looks great on screen but when I print it I lose the background colour of
the cells, making it look quite nasty.

I want to show there is an attachment to am email but
when I print the email it does not show any attachments.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Anyone know in outlook 2002 how to print an email to show an attachment was
apart of it?

In Outlook 2000 I could select multiple emails and print them (memo style)
to one sheet of paper.  That way I could read the contents of the emails
without shuffling papers.  However, in Outlook 2003, when I print the same
way(memo style) they print to individule pages.  How can I ...
