If I go into Outlook 2003 immediately after booting, it prints fine. After that though, and not sure of the timing, if I try to print anything, html or plain text emails, it locks up. Seems to me that it has to be something else running that's causing it, but

The printer icon is greyed out on half a dozen clients on my network. They range from 2000 to 2003 clients. The only way to print is to right click the message and select print. I can not use the print icon or file > print. Any help would be very appreciated.

Have a rule setup to automatically print emails from a specified address. These emails are in html with embeded images. Print comes out with header information ok, icons with image names but not body. Basically a blank page. Is there a setting I am missing? I appologize in advance ...

I'm using Outlook XP Pro on a Windows XP SP2 box and every time I try to print an email, Outlook stops responding. I already tried removing Office XP, ran Offcln.exe & renamed the following two keys in the registry & did a re-install but same still have the same problem.

A blue font apparently is the default color for sending e-mail from Outlook. It annoys me as it uses up my color ink. Is it possible to set something in Outlook so that received font colors are always black? Or at least the color printed?
