   help needed, difficult one this.
   What i am trying to do is print out an email from BMIbaby regarding
   time changes too flight
   also extra taxes being charged.

I have downloaded the PDF file converter that works with most of the Office07
applications but to my dismay the feature is not available in Outlook for
saving an email to a PDF file. Is there a way that I can accomplish this goal
or is this a feature that is being considered soon ...

I find that some received emails are encoded with "Western ISO". However the
