I can't seem to print a range of pages. The only options are for All, Even, or Odd. Using Office 2003 pro with Outlook 2007. Has anyone found a way around this, besides cut/paste into word?

Any help with the above would be greatly appreciated. I am totally baffled because inbox items will print as expected. I have checked header/footer options and just about everything I can think of, including mail format but nothing has had any effect. Please advise.

For some strange reason we are getting some clients of ours reporting that printing is slow when printing PayPal emails from within Outlook 2007, it pauses for while (approx 6 seconds) before printing Any ideas appreciated

I have a background image setup for stationary but it does not print. Nor does an image of my signature at the bottom of my email appear in the print... any ideas?

My company is using Office 2003 with Service pack 1 installed. They use Myriad pro size 11 as their default setup due to the logo. Since installing this font, all emails that have been produced in house are missing words when printed out. Any ideas?

I am running OE6 and IE7 on a Compaq PC with SP2 and latest updates. I can print to my HP Deskjet printer using Word and other applicationswithout problems but when I print an E Mail in Outlook I get the text of the E Mail preceeded by HTML code on each line.
