A couple of users, when they print a message sent from outlook 2008 on an older version of outlook, sometimes it prints a duplicate of the word that was at the end of the line, again at the beginning of the next line. It is sporadic. It appears fine on the screen.

I've just begun trying out the Calendar Printing Assistant, and it seems nice... but I can't figure out how to switch between overlay mode and side-by-side mode when viewing two calendars. Can someone help me?

My Outlook 2003 only prints email headers (from, to, subject, etc) but not the body text. I'm not sure when this started to happen because I hardly print email. I printed to two different printers with the same result. Thus, printer is not the problem.

I just found CPA and was really impressed with the ideas. I've got several Google Calendars imported into Outlook 2007 as internet calendars and the overlay is really working well so it was a natural to try CPA to print a beautiful version of the same.

Running Vista Home Premium with Office 2007 on Intel based system; HP PSC 2410xi All-In-One printer attached. When printing 'Monthly Style' calendar in Outlook, it only prints black & white and there is no printing where there should be color as opposed to gray

When I receive a message I want to be able to choose to print only the latest message or page. With all the replies and forwarding going on, I don't want to have to print the whole history over and over again. It's useful to have it on the same message for reference but for ...
