When I open an attachment and select print, a message displays saying no
printer is installed.  However, I'm able to print the actual email and any
other document. I'm using outlook 2003.  The attachment is a word 2003
document.

Two of my users sometimes get HTML format e-mails from
suppliers/subcontractors which include embedded screendump images, pasted in
from the clipboard after pressing PrtSc key.
Sometimes the images print fine, other times all the user gets on the page

When I want to print an e-mail directly from outlook 2003 I get an error.

I cannot not print in Outlook 2007 or Access 2007.  I get the following error
message:  
"Printing is not available.  There are no printers installed.  You can
select and configure a printer in Windows Control Panel."  

Oftentimes, I need to have a paper copy of several e-mails for a file. When I
try to print them now, every e-mail gets its own separate page, even if it is
a short e-mail and there would be plenty of room below it for more e-mail.
