I'm using Outlook 2007, Exchange 2007: In an email message when printing, at the top is a default header with the account user's name. Is there a way to exclude the name when printing the message?

Running Outlook 2003. When point at message and select print, it can take 20-30 seconds for the print dialog window to appear. Printing to an HP 2100 LaserJet network printer. Any assistance ... registry hack ... etc. appreciated

I have an user who couldn't print html messages or web pages from the internet. She is a XP sp2 user that uses IE7 for the browser. I have searched all day looking for a hotfix or anything. When she goes to file - print it will print a blank page. I do not have a problem
