normal user account backup option not there in the

Does anyone have a "skeleton" Com Add In for VB6 they could let me have?
There are a couple of tweaks we want to add to Outlook 2003 and I'm having
trouble getting off the ground.  I'm sure with a little step up I'll be OK.

The problem I had is that messages which was put in the draft and selected
or opened
(for example when user select the draft the first message was selected)
was not being sent until user open them and press send/receive.

I am having a problem with microsofts backup utility for
outlook 2003.  I downloaded and installed but the backup
is not in the file menu like it is desribed in the
instructions.  I have rebooted and all that good stuff.
