Earlier Used the same method with out any service pack installed to
Exchange. Now formatted the system and reinstalled with the
configurations mentioned above.
  Also using trend micro Scanmail program.

I downloaded and installed the Outlook personal folders
backup tool, but the BACKUP command is missing from the
FILE menu.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the add-in with
no success.  Add/Remove programs shows that it is

I have a VB addin running in Outlook 2003 with Exchange in Cahce mode.
Everything works fine except when a user starts Outlook in Offline Mode
