After working fine all year, my toolbar button for the Junk Reporting Tool has
disappeared. It's not listed in the Add-Ins for Outlook. I'm running OL2003

I just wonder how to make Outlook show that window that pops up when a
new message arrives.
I though Balloon was the thing i needed. But it failed...

when accessing the mailItem.To method, it returns the name of the person
instead of their email address.
Any ideas as to how I can retrieve their email address instead?

should be saved ,  can you safely add many items (like many user properties)
before actually saving the item?
