We have an Outlook form that is regarding Employee Terminations; the Corp HR
dept wants to have the form 'locked down' so that only a select group of (3)
users in Corp HR can send the form out.  Is there a way to do this?

I've been trawling the internet for about 90 minutes now and I simply
can't find exactly what I need or why it's so hard to acheive.

This error message is now occurring:
'Could not load some objects because they are not

I send an Outlook form as a MailItem outside of our domain. The
recipient needs to forward that mail, after making some modifications to
the form, to a set of people WHO ARE NOT in his Contacts. I need to fill
the addressee list programmatically. Here is what I used:
