is used for a subfolder of contacts? Can I? The help files
are remarkably unhelpful.

In O2002 there were some limitations to custom forms such as the phone
number with countries capability not working and not being able to
customize the first page of task forms.  Have these items been fixed
in O2003?  I cannot find an answer to specific limitations.

I have a few users that have a few other mailbox's added
to their primary mailbox. What I would like to do is
create a form that will monitor the other mailbox's and
when a new email comes in perform a certain action.

This is what I want to do:
Take a standard Appointment (and later on, Task) form, modify it just a
little, pre-defining certain data such as categories, status, location etc,
and then publish it for my own use only.
