Hi, I know how to generate a certificate for the webserver-but not how to do
it for Outlook. also after you generate the certificate how do you use it.
Is there a resource you can point me to? or tell me how you would do it?

I have created a custom form to pass information onto
colleague regarding phone calls taken.  
Is there any way I can get outlook to reply with a preset
message or return the form to the sender if the recipient

After message sent, the "To" button still displays "To" instead of
"From".  What could be causing this?  Outlook 2000 with a custom form
message.  When it is opened, it's almost like it's in reply state or
something.  It's where you can actually key in stuff.

I created a form, published it in "Personal Forms" library. After it is
published, I told Outlook to open using this form, and it does as the above
picture shows.
After I save my custom form and open it again, it's referring to an old form
