published in the "Organizational Forms Library".
To check the name of the logged-on user,  the following code is used:

I use Outlook 2003 (english version) and I want to customize the contact
form. So I open it and then I choose TOOLS - FORMS - DESIGN THIS FORM. But

Notice the parentheses in the string. If the string

I am using two Public Folders. One is called MIS Dept and the other is

I created several forms, published them to my personal
forms library and used them successfully. Some of my co-
workers complain that publishing the forms and having to
take an indirect route to use them is too much trouble.

We are having an issue with service pack 3 shutting down scripting behind
our Outlook forms and I am trying to find a solution.
Our forms work correctly from where they are published in a public folder
but once submitted the scripting is shut down at the next step in the work
