I'm guessing this is pretty easy, but I haven't found how to accomplish it
I want to create a list box where the data comes from a custom field on a separate form, and the user selects an item from this popluated list.

I've hid both the Appointment and Availability Tabs on the
Appointment form to use in the Calendar environment.  
However, after all has been said and done, when I open my
custom form I get a message stating that the custom form

I read an old post about recreate the activities tab in an other one.
But is there a way to display a folder in a contact form?

I use the PublishForm method in FormDescription Object to
publish the form to teh client registry.

I have setup a shared contacts list using public folders
and customised the form for that folder.
I can change the view so that the fields I want to view
are visible.
