Newbie here.
I want to create a form where the top part includes fields for a contacts
and the bottom part shows activities related to that contact. I can see that
the Contact default form has a tab for "Activities", how then can I create

and when I run the form and hit SEND, I get error "A
field on this form requires a value".  I've spent hours
trying to find it and cannot.  Anyone know how I can run
a search, or something to find this field....???

I have a custom appointment form that I use,  This form contains a
number of custom fields.  For some unknown reason, when I create items
using this custom form, it saves the items with all the custom fields,

scroll through the different folders to get to the form I
