I am trying to design a form by using the BusinessContact form of Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager as my starting point.
When I choose 'Save As', make it a template and give it another name, I get an Business Contact Manager error 'The Business Contact cannot be saved ...

I'm using Outlook 2003 and trying to create a custom Appointment form
for a public calendar.  I've managed to create the initial form with a
temporary field to learn the programmatic way to grab custom field
info off the form in VBA (which works well, and thanks to the great

I've created a custom contact form and have switched the icons in the
properties section of the form.  However, in the Contacts Category List,
the custom form still displays the tiny note icon.
Is this a limitation of custom forms?  Is there a way to change the icon?
