I have outlook 2003 - and sometimes after reading them, the unread property changes then, the mail seems to disapeer!! It also occurs when I reply to some mail but not all!?!?

I've created a custom contact form and have switched the icons in the properties section of the form. However, in the Contacts Category List, the custom form still displays the tiny note icon. Is this a limitation of custom forms? Is there a way to change the icon?
