I have created at custom template in outlook.. it is a form where a person is supposed to enter text in three fields. but the text that is entered does nok get send along with the mai..just the empty mail with the three fields arrive....

I setup our intranet to open outlook forms thorugh the web. I found some code at http://www.slipstick.com/dev/code/formonweb.htm#info It works great except for one issue, I can't seem to figure out. I cannot get any form to mimimize that is opened though our intranet.
