I have created at custom template in outlook..
it is a form where a person is supposed to enter text in three fields.
but the text that is entered does nok get send along with the mai..just the
empty mail with the three fields arrive....

I added some custom fields to a Contact form and i can't obtain the content
of a keyword custom-field i added, one like the Categories field Outlook
already provides.

I setup our intranet to open outlook forms thorugh the web.  I found

It works great except for one issue, I can't seem to figure out.  I
