I have designed a special form for my city treasurer's office in both the compose and read views. Whenm the users print out the form, the resulting page has no similarity whatsoever to either the compose or read versions. How can I modify the design of the form when printed?

I have a Contact form with checkboxes for selections in some of the fields. When I Print Preview, I only get 0 or -1. How do I get it to display as yes or No? I have the properties of the box set to Yes/No.

Does anyone know of a way to Flag all entries in the contacts folder without having to manually flag each one I have tried looking at VBA using the FlagStatus, but this only seems to work with Mail and Calendar items Any suggestions would be welcomed thanks

I have the book Microsoft Outlook Programming by Sue Mosher. I have written the macro to replace one category with another. I'm having trouble getting it to work. I use a custom for that requires at least 2 categories to be selected (also from Sue Mosher).
