I have created a custom form used for contacts in MS Outlook 2003. I have assigned it as the default for new contacts. That works with no problems when creating new contacts.

I have several custom forms, and we have been happily using the field chooser to pull out information so we do not have to open each form (as the preview does not work with the forms).

I m trying to publish Custom form in organizational libray but everytime i do this i got the following message "Unable to sucessfuly publish the form due to a MAPI Error.The Form cannot be installed because you do not have owner permissions."
