I have designed a form in the Compose page. I went ahead saved and published it. It came up just fine, but when populated and sent the email came out blank. Do I need to create the same fields in the Read page as well??

is it possible to generate outlook forms without using an outlook client ? The Forms needn't to be much complicatet. The main problem is, that the forms should be generated on an unix system, and then sent to some Outlook users.

Can someone tell me how to make to To: field properly read only. I have disabled the button, and made the text box read only, unfortunately people can still use the address book to modify the field. Using Outlook 2000.

Has anyone tried using PDAs with customised Tasks forms? My client wants to add a few fields to the Tasks form and synch to PDAs - they haven't bought the PDAs yet so any brand that will work best!! --

for almost every individual message I need to specify the place were it should be saved to on a public folder. But I don't want click the options menu to make these settings. I still want to have a copy of the sent message in the sent items folder.

How can i prevent outlook from caching forms! Not with the Tools => Option and then set the maximum space for caching on 0 because then you can't load any form either. Thanks!
