The Outlook View Control is potentially going to do a big job for me, but I
can't figure out how to use it. Here's the problem:
I understand that the view and folder need to be set with code. To test it I
have simply placed the control on a blank page of a IPM.Message form and I

I'm having trouble with a form that has a multi select list. When the
selections are highlighted and you move to another field the
selections "appear" to be lost. The items all deselect, Yet, when I
send the form, the person looking at the "Read" page sees the

In my custom form, I've the following VBScript code to
create a new mail item off the out-going one and send it
out as well.  But the Send method generates an error for
no support for update.  Any recommendations?  Thanks.

tried a couple of times to make a better form for contact items. The form
is half empty (gray) now on the screen, while it could be showing more
telephon e numbers and private and work address. The note section is so
large and hardly used (at least not with me).

Hidden fields on a custom form are not hidden?24 Nov 2004 14:42 GMT2
On my custom form, I've about 6-7 hidden fields.  I
unchecked the visible checkbox and on the form, these
fields are hidden.  But when printing emails created off
this custom form, I can see all the hidden fields on the

Got a custom form attached to a public folder.  Only form that can be used
for posting.
There are several items in the folder that are successfully using the form.
I update the form with a new field.  And incremented the version number.

I am having two main issues with the Form tool in Microsoft Outlook
2003.
1. Occasionally the recipient cannot open forms. (Recipent must delete
all FRMcache.dat files for form to load properly)

Since I cannot publish my custom forms to the
Organizational Folder, can I creat a public folder and
publish my custom forms there instead?  I tried but the
folder is not visiable from Outlook.  Thanks.

Hi.  My company contains PC and Mac users.  We are going to setup Exchange
server soon.  My boss asks me to create "Vacation request form" for future
use.  I try Microsoft InfoPath, but Mac users can't read it.  Then I use
Outlook 2003 to create form.  It comes out "vacatoin.oft" ...

I have used in the past what I assume to be a download to Outlook, a while
you were away tool which was used like an email.  This tool enables the user
to select time of day call came through, importance level, etc.  Please
advise where I can get this for my current office use.

I have access to other mailboxes.  These mailboxes has contacts.  I am using
outlook 2003.  I need to export the information from these contacts to (not
my personal mailbox contacts) to a .csv file.  Each time I try I cannot see
these mailboxes (three in total).  Any idea how I ...

    I am using Outlook 2000 on XP Home.  I want my Outlook Contacts
form to be different.  In particular, I want to have three email

I have a form containing an Image control on its compose page. The
user selects a picture, loading it to the image control and sends the
form. The read page also contains an image control that have to show
the same picture when the receiving user opens the form. Any ideas on
