My issue is that i would like to use A custom form to pull data from an sql
server to display on the form.

Something has become corrupted.
My standard forms library has disappeared. If I try to open a standard form
a dialog box appears saying only "Form load failed". I can click on the OK
button, and the design form dialog opens, but no standard forms are shown.

I have created a form based on IPM.Post for gathering and displaying certain
non-sensitive project data. "Project_Data"
I have also designed another form to show more sensitive financial data for
a project. "Financial_Data"

I need to programmatically enable and disable the
actions, Reply, Reply to All, Forward, Reply to Folder,
on a custom form.  I cannot find the properties.
