My issue is that i would like to use A custom form to pull data from an sql
server to display on the form.
I have an database connection established but cant seem to access the data
objects to get them into the textboxes on the outlook form.

Something has become corrupted.
My standard forms library has disappeared. If I try to open a standard form
a dialog box appears saying only "Form load failed". I can click on the OK
button, and the design form dialog opens, but no standard forms are shown.

A custom form, MessageTest is installed in a public
folder, Test Form Templates.  I set the MessageClass like
the following but when the email is displayed, it does

I am trying to write a code on one of my fields on my custom form that
whatever I type it will turn into Upper case, but my code doesn't work. The
