I have two checkboxes on a custom form. Whn I print the form the values in
the checkboxes print as either -1 for true or zero for false. Is there any
way to make it print Yes or No instead of -1 or zero?

I have a custom form and have associated it with contacts in a public

We have a public folder set up with a form in it, so that when the Post
button on the form is clicked, the form is forwarded to a different public
folder.  It is deleted out of the originating folder.
There is one user that clicks the post button, does not get any error, but

I am using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange Server.
I have tried to follow the normal route for setting a form as the default

I designed a new form in Outlook and I placed checkboxes in the form.  But
when someone replies back the check boxes are blank.  They are able to
populated the check box but when it is emailed the checked boxes are blank.
