What determines where a field is stored (in the form or the folder)? I have a form that I want to save the fields as part of the form (user defined in the form, not save form def in form) yet it always puts them in the folder.

Hi sorry to bother everyone again, I have just encountered a new problem with outlook forms. Everytime I test my form and send out a test form with data, my Draft folder saves a copy of the form that i sent. Is there a way that i can stop this?

I need to add a button to the email, task and appoiontment forms. This then needs to start an executable when clicked. How would I do this in VB.NET addin? I am able to restrict this to certain Outlook versions (ie no problem if you can only do it in Outlook 2002 + )
