I have a custom form in Outlook 2000 which is started from a simple

Using Outlook 2000 I need to automatically insert a disclaimer section at the
end of all outgoing emails that the users can't change.  Possibly could

outlook 2003 messages i receive that have been formatted html appear with a
blank message box. Plain text messages appear fine. This seems to be a result
of updating from outlook 2000.
