I created a customized "mail-enabled" form to capture data for a test.  
However, the data does not display upon receipt of the memo/test in Outlook.  
How do I display this information using the same form that was used to
capture this data?  As well, can you also point me to where ...

I ceated a form in which I was unable to get the text of my form on the
"message" page. Not untill I created a "P2" did the form show up in the
e-mail. Why is this, and how can I get it all on the "message" page.

I had to reformat my computer.  We installed windows xp.  I have a copy of my
data from my windows 2000 pro.  We were able to retrieve the data from
outlook by accessing the following path:

I had to disable an email account on our domain, which happened to be a
contact on one of our forms. Ive changed the contact details on that form to
my name and address, and re-published the form (under a different name) to
the 'Organization Forms'.

2003 and the form can be seen by the person completing it but when it is
sent, the recipient can only see a blank page.
